Learning how to feel at peace with ourselves, love what we are up to in life and eat well, is quite a plateful, wouldn't you say? Well, I'll say this: it's a process. A journey, if you will. No two ways about it, there is work involved whenever you make changes, big or small. It takes awareness, a willingness to feel how you feel and the courage to take action in the midst of fear.
Now, that all sounds pretty intense, doesn't it? It's not that crazy all the time, but those moments are really important ones, because they will motivate you to keep going or turn back. Finding your sense of peace with yourself is a big number one on our list, since being in a state of fear, anxiety or pressure will not get you anywhere, long-term. (except feeling bad and maybe sick)
