Freeing Your True Voice – a program developed to unlock our voices as an authentic communication of our true self. Learning tools to release blocks caused by fear and connecting to the body as a vehicle for energy to move through. 2002

Loving YourSelf Healthy - shifting the focus from the outside to the inside, encouraging personal awareness for our lives and health. This class/presentation/workshop offers an opportunity and invitation to shine some light on lifetime beliefs, thoughts and patterns that keep us from moving forward into healthy, whole and happy living, especially our challenges with loving ourselves. Then it becomes possible to shift into new beliefs and a new way of life. 2007

Food From the Ground Up - Classes, workshops and presentations on whole, natural food choices and simple ways to incorporate new choices into daily life. Encourages long-term changes, based on choices made with awareness about the food we eat and how we think about those foods. 2007
